📋 Description

• Execute AI Voice roadmap by translating needs into ship plan.
• Monitor AI accuracy, resolution, and system performance.
• Engage hotel clients and stakeholders to define requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management shipping AI or complex SaaS.
• Fluency in conversational AI (LLMs, NLP, dialog) to collaborate with engineers.
• Strong analytical skills linking metrics to outcomes.
• Experience gathering customer feedback to guide product.
• Cross-functional collaborator without direct authority.
