Senior Product Manager, APIs

📋 Description

• Own the product area end to end, including product strategy, technical direction, delivery
• Partner closely with Engineering Team Leads and Staff Engineers on architecture, design quality
• Form independent and well-reasoned technical opinions, participate confidently in design reviews
• Build and test prototypes or functional code to de-risk ideas, answer open questions, validate
• Own API products and integration experiences, including API contracts, versioning, backwards
• Work directly with operational specialists and teams performing manual processes to understand real

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager within a high-growth company, preferably in a technically
• Demonstrated experience owning products from strategy and discovery through delivery, adoption, and
• Strong technical depth and the ability to understand and contribute meaningfully to architecture
• Proficiency with Cursor and/or Claude Code, with the ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship
• Experience working in payroll, HR, benefits, fintech, or another operationally complex domain is
