📋 Description

• Strategize revenue across product lifecycle with Game Leadership to meet aggressive commercial
• Lead Live Operations with data-driven growth, optimizing events and offers to maximize LTV/ARPU.
• Own end-to-end monetization systems from concept through post-launch optimization.
• Oversee data analyses, A/B testing, and KPI forecasting to de-risk major business decisions.
• Mentor junior PMs and advocate a culture of excellence.
• Be the primary business voice for Asphalt 9 with internal and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Management of F2P games (Mobile, PC, or Console).
• Proven impact on monetization and retention for live titles.
• Analytical mastery with ability to turn data into insights; proficiency in advanced analytics tools.
• Excellent presentation/documentation skills for executive leadership.
• Bachelor’s in economics, business management, marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
