• Partner with Game Leadership (Game Manager, Design, and Marketing) to define the roadmap for future
• Drive a high-performance Live Operations strategy focused on data-driven growth and operational
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new monetization systems—from conceptual design to post-launch

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management of F2P games (Mobile, PC, or Console).
• A track record of significantly moving the needle on monetization and retention for top-tier live
• Exceptional ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights. Proficiency
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills, with the ability to distill complex strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business management, marketing, or related field. An MBA or
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
