📋 Description

• Partner with Game Leadership to define the roadmap for future years
• Drive a high-performance Live Operations strategy focused on data-driven growth and operational
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new monetization systems
• Lead hypothesis-driven development by overseeing A/B testing, deep-dive data analysis, and KPI
• Act as a force multiplier for the product team, mentoring junior PMs
• Serve as the primary business voice for Asphalt 9 to internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management of F2P games (Mobile, PC, or Console)
• Proven impact on monetization and retention for top-tier live titles
• Exceptional ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights; proficiency
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in economics, business management, marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
