📋 Description

• Partner with Game Leadership to define roadmap for future years
• Drive Live Operations strategy focused on data-driven growth and operational efficiency
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of monetization systems
• Lead hypothesis-driven development, A/B testing, and KPI forecasting
• Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of excellence
• Serve as primary business voice for Asphalt 9 to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in Product Management of F2P games
• Proven track record of improving monetization and retention
• Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in advanced analytics tools
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in economics, business management, marketing or related
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
