📋 Description

• Partner with Game Leadership to define roadmap aligning with commercial targets
• Drive Live Ops strategy focused on data-driven growth and operational efficiency
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of monetization systems and audit existing systems
• Lead hypothesis-driven development via A/B testing, data analysis, and KPI forecasting
• Mentor junior PMs and foster culture of excellence
• Serve as primary business voice for Asphalt 9 to internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in Product Management of F2P games
• Track record of improving monetization and retention for live titles
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in advanced analytics tools
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business management, marketing, or related
