• Partner with Game Leadership to define the roadmap for future years, ensuring alignment with
• Drive Live Operations strategy focused on data-driven growth and operational efficiency
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of monetization systems and audit existing systems
• Lead hypothesis-driven development including A/B testing, data analysis, and KPI forecasting
• Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of excellence
• Serve as primary business voice for Asphalt 9 to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management of F2P games
• Proven impact on monetization and retention for top-tier live titles
• Analytical mastery with proficiency in advanced analytics tools
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in economics, business management, marketing, or related field; MBA valued
• Fluent English
