Senior Product Manager - Autonomous Agents

📋 Description

• Own the Autonomous Agents roadmap end-to-end: discovery, prioritization, spec, delivery, outcomes.
• Translate customer and partner needs into product requirements with CS, Delivery, and RevOps.
• Partner with Applied Research and Data Science to define evaluation criteria and quality gates.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, QA, and Delivery on scope, dependencies, and launch readiness.
• Establish instrumentation and telemetry to measure usage, reliability, and outcomes.
• Run cadence: quarterly roadmaps, monthly scope lock, weekly reviews, and launch readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree with 5+ years of progressive PM experience; MBA a plus.
• Proven ownership of a complex, multi-surface product area for enterprise customers.
• Deep understanding of conversational AI and agentic systems (LLM reasoning, tool calling).
• Agent orchestration patterns (supervisor/sub-agent, planning loops, HITL escalation).
• Production observability for AI agents: tracing, logging, alerting, failure analysis.
• Strong technical fluency: APIs, distributed systems, cloud, and AI/ML deployment.
