🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years in AV, robotics, or ML/AI-enabled product roles.
Strong analytical background with experience interacting with data scientists and solid statistics
Experience bridging hardware and software domains.
Deep understanding of driving, vehicles, and road rules.
Ability to translate long-term vision into concrete, cross-organ plans.

🎁 Benefits

Salary range: $241,000 — $297,000 USD.
Base compensation plus discretionary annual bonus and equity program.
