Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the AI coaching product roadmap across coach- and member-facing surfaces.
• Translate coaching expertise into product features for coaches and members.
• Improve coaching operations: workflows, matching, progress tracking, capacity.
• Collaborate with HR buyers and enterprise stakeholders on roadmaps.
• Lead product discovery and user research with design and researchers.
• Leverage AI in day-to-day PM work and guide AI value in the product.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience, shipping end-to-end.
• Deep interest in coaching; experience in HR tech, L&D, or coaching tools.
• Experience selling to HR/L&D teams; enterprise dynamics.
• AI as augmentation; strong opinions on where AI adds value.
• Strong collaborator on research and design; run UXR with design.
• Data-informed but user-obsessed; define metrics and use qualitative data.
