Senior Product Manager - Banking Networks Global

📋 Description

• Define the long-term vision and strategy for Adyen's global banking network.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for banking network integrations.
• Translate market opportunities and regulatory requirements into roadmaps.
• Lead junior PMs and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Scale banking connectivity across markets outside North America.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Sales, and customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in product management within fintech or payments.
• Proven track record launching and scaling transactional banking products.
• Experience with market infrastructures: real-time rails, clearing houses.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on, delivery-focused PM leadership.
• Analytical, data-driven, able to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
