• Senior, high-autonomy product role focused on benefits infrastructure globally.
• Own portfolio spanning third-party integrations, payroll connectivity, benefits data, compliance
• Lead migrations and integrations where data accuracy affects pay and customer outcomes.
• Shape a provider-agnostic benefits platform for multiple employment models and countries.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Payroll Ops, Finance, Partnerships, and Legal/Compliance in a
• Prototype and problem-solve with AI coding tools to influence foundational infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager owning complex third-party integrations (API- and file/EDI-based).
• Strong product strategy translating technical/operational challenges into roadmaps.
• Provider-agnostic mindset for ecosystems including brokers, carriers, HRIS, and external providers.
• Proficiency with Cursor and/or Claude Code to build/debug prototypes beyond specs.
• Strong data-m mapping, synchronization, and migration sequencing understanding.
• Ability to design for humans and systems, including APIs and integrations.
