Senior Product Manager, Benefits

📋 Description

• Define and own benefits infra strategy and long-term vision
• Lead integrations with carriers, TPAs, brokers, and HR systems
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from discovery to launch
• Oversee payroll integration and benefits data flows
• Build testing and go-live processes with Eng/Ops
• Deliver consistent benefits experiences across environments

🎯 Requirements

• PM with experience owning complex third-party integrations
• Strong product strategy translate tech/ops into roadmaps
• Provider-agnostic mindset with external providers
• Proficiency with Cursor and/or Claude Code to prototype
• Fluent in data-mapping, reconciliation, and migration logic
• Design for humans and systems: APIs, integrations, tooling
