Senior Product Manager, Benefits

📋 Description

• Own benefits infrastructure strategy and cross-functional integrations roadmap.
• Lead complex migrations, integrations with carriers, HRIS, payroll, and external providers.
• Drive product design for provider-agnostic benefits platform across global models.
• Establish testing, reconciliation, and go-live processes with Engineering and operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Finance, and Legal in a distributed environment.
• Champion AI-powered tooling to optimize benefits workflows and provider availability.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant PM experience with complex third-party API- and file/EDI-based integrations.
• Strong product strategy and ability to translate tech/ops challenges into roadmaps.
• Provider-agnostic mindset working with brokers, carriers, HRIS, and external providers.
• Proficiency with Cursor and/or Claude Code; able to prototype and ship code or tooling.
• Fluent in data mapping, synchronization, reconciliation, and migration sequencing with engineers.
• Experience designing APIs, integrations, and agent-facing tooling for humans and systems.
