Lead engagement as a primary metric, driving monetizable surfaces and the content mix.
Collaborate with Design to translate personalization logic into intuitive cart interactions.
Run an experiment-driven roadmap for recommendations and personalization across teams.
Work with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Ads, and Ops from discovery through launch.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in product management or equivalent experience.
Experience partnering with ML/data science teams to ship models in production.
Experience defining engagement/relevance metrics and using experiments to improve them.
Strong data-driven decision making in ambiguous environments.
Close partnership with UX design and strong design thinking in product development.
