Senior Product Manager - Cards

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of Card Issuing product from MVP to scale
• Lead discovery, define problems, and translate into roadmaps
• Drive rapid iterations using customer feedback, data insights, and market signals
• Improve product-market fit with measurable outcomes (conversion, retention, unit economics)
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
• Cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, ops, and commercial teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proven fintech product experience including Card Issuing
• Ability to operate in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment
• Deep experience using data to inform product decisions
• Track record delivering product improvements through iterative development
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including regulatory frameworks
• Knowledge and passion in blockchain-based products (e.g. custody, rewards, payments)
• Demonstrated ownership of product performance, ideally with P&L responsibility
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect product decisions to business impact
