Senior Product Manager - Carpool Experience

📋 Description

• Set the direction. Build the vision and strategy for your scope, turn it into ambitious OKRs, and
• Own the numbers. Know your business metrics, reliability targets and costs in detail. Review them
• Shape the future of Negotiation. Work out where its real value is for members and for BlaBlaCar
• Ship the next member interactions: Group Chat, live location for both drivers and passengers, and
• Run experiments and rollouts with discipline. Run A/B tests and country-by-country launches with
• Hold your own with the ExCo. Present progress, decisions and trade-offs to the Executive Committee

🎯 Requirements

• Take full ownership of your product's outcomes.
• Turn many signals into one clear strategy.
• Understand the business, not just the product.
• Have strong opinions and an open mind.
• Communicate at a leadership level.
• 5+ years of product management, ideally on consumer apps, including at least one scope you owned
