📋 Description

• Design digital strategy with clients and lead teams to execute.
• Act as cross-functional product lead across US, LATAM, India, Canada, Romania delivery centers.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to manage project progress and resources; initiate corrective action when needed.
• Lead short-term releases; prioritize content and timelines.
• Define product vision, goals, values, and customer segments as the go-to expert.
• Measure value, develop KPIs, monitor progress, and report milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in customer-facing product leadership (Sr./Lead PM or Director).
• 5+ years of consulting experience.
• Expertise with complex digital products, business logic, and diverse clients.
• Experience in organizational leadership and influencing executives.
• Strong problem-solving with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.
• Global teams experience and cross-cultural awareness.
