📋 Description

• Vision & Strategy: Convert company and organizational strategy into a compelling vision and
• Anticipatory Customer Discovery: Maintain deep market and customer knowledge across a complex
• Business Cases & Monetization: Turn ambiguous or untapped opportunities within or adjacent to
• Complex Delivery Execution: Keep delivery on track across complex product surfaces by spotting
• Go-To-Market & Field Enablement: Drive go-to-market messaging strategy alongside Product
• Strategic Product Health: Independently own and resolve complex post-launch customer escalations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical product delivery, or software engineering
• Deep domain expertise in developer tools, client libraries, database drivers, ORMs/ODMs, or
• Strong technical fluency in at least one major programming language, alongside real familiarity
• Demonstrated ability to make sound product and roadmap decisions under ambiguity using incomplete
• Track record of building actionable business cases, including adoption modeling and financial
• Proven capability to spot delivery, technical, and operational risks early across complex
