(Senior) Product Manager - Client Platform

📋 Description

• Own the Comms product area end to end - the why, the what, and the how
• Set the long-term vision for how clients and internal teams communicate across Ebury
• Define and prioritise the roadmap to stand up Push Notifications, Attachments, Statements, and
• Run Show & Tell sessions and be the go-to person for the product
• Gather feedback from teams and clients served
• Work across teams to make sure Push, Attachments, Statements, and Chat each become services the

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years in Product for a fintech or SaaS business, ideally with experience taking an
• Strong engineering/technical background moving into product, comfortable owning ambiguous scaling
• Builder's instinct: know how to take something that already works, re-architect it as a standalone
• Technical fluency: comfortable in architecture discussions, can follow a system diagram or a code
• Systems thinking: understand how communications channels connect to the rest of a platform, design
• Comfort with comms/messaging infrastructure (email delivery platforms, push notification services
