Senior Product Manager, Code

📋 Description

• Build surfaces for developers and AI agents to extend Webflow with code.
• Own roadmap and delivery across the Code surfaces with Eng, Design, and Data.
• Define what good means for extensibility; set the quality bar.
• Make it all work as one; sequence work and reuse primitives.
• Contribute to strategy and ship a roadmap you own.
• Get into the code: prototype, read code, and make sharp calls.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years PM, with deep developer/platform product experience.
• Experience with APIs, extensibility, or developer tooling.
• Truly technical; read and reason about code; API design.
• Empathy for users; balance multiple perspectives.
• Hands-on craft: interviews, prototyping, metrics, briefs.
