Senior Product Manager – Commerce Growth

📋 Description

• Own the payments adoption charter end to end - the strategy, roadmap and operating plan that take
• Design, launch and iterate partner incentive programmes that make adoption commercially compelling
• Own the partner-facing product surfaces where these programmes are discovered, understood and acted
• Own the unit economics: customer acquisition cost, payback period, contribution margin and
• Build a disciplined experimentation practice - randomised tests, holdout groups and incrementality
• Apply growth-hacking rigour across the adoption funnel: segmentation, lifecycle triggers

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of product management experience
• Experience owning a growth, partner, referral or incentive programme where the commercial mechanic
• Comfort owning a commercial outcome end to end acquisition cost, payback, contribution margin and
• A track record of running controlled experiments and drawing the right conclusion from them
• Experience with payments, fintech, marketplaces or another business where unit economics are the
• Experience in partner, reseller or franchise ecosystems where a third party not the end user makes
