📋 Description

• Define and execute the agentic product strategy for Commitments
• Partner closely with marketing, sales, and account management on the go to market motion to scale
• Deeply understand our customers and market, and translate their needs into clear Agent experiences
• Deliver high-quality products that address key customer pain points and solidify Vanta’s leadership
• Help define and shape Vanta’s product team culture as we grow

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality
• Customer-focused mindset – proactively reach out to customers, synthesize feedback, and partner
• Deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration
• Communicate with clarity and influence—both written and verbal—with team members, stakeholders, and
• Learner’s mindset, a genuine passion for building AI products, and the grit to experiment, iterate
• Data driven – lean into qual signals from users and dig into the quant side to inform roadmap &amp
