📋 Description

• Define and drive the Community product roadmap with focus on engagement loops, viral growth, and
• Own metrics that matter (DAU, sharing, referral rates, retention, habit formation) and move them
• Build a rigorous experimentation practice: define hypotheses, instrument tests, learn fast, scale
• Turn user insights and data into a prioritized backlog of high-confidence bets for immediate action.
• Communicate clearly with partnering teams; act as the connective tissue between Community and the

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning growth or engagement products at a social, gaming, or high-growth consumer
• Hands-on experience with k-factor, referral loops, engagement mechanics, or social graph features.
• End-to-end A/B testing: hypothesis definition, instrumentation, results interpretation, and
• Experience writing SQL to pull data and inform decisions.
• Delivered a product or feature from ambiguous brief to live market on a small team with limited
• Ability to persuade leadership with a strong, data-informed case for a bet.
