Senior Product Manager - Consumer

📋 Description

• Own Rec's core booking experience end-to-end
• Set the bar for a modern recreation UX for residents and desk staff
• Partner with design to craft consumer-app-like experiences
• Use data and qualitative research to map friction and roadmap
• Identify where AI can remove friction for end users
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to serve diverse cities and orgs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience (PM, founder, or equivalent)
• Track record of owning consumer-facing products from research through launch
• Strong communicator and relationship-builder across all levels
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments; find the signal
• A Simplifier who distills thorny problems into elegant, high-impact solutions
• A proven executor who ships features across launches and rallies a team
