• Define vision and roadmap for Elastic's Control Plane, focusing on management, orchestration, and scaling.
• Collaborate with Engineering to prioritize initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on go-to-market, messaging, and competitive analysis.
• Gather market, customer, and usage feedback to derive product insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure cloud tech, distributed data stores, and dev-focused products.
• Proven track record of using AI to accelerate work while owning outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and switch between projects by priority.
• Autonomously drive decisions in a distributed team using async, direct communication.
• Empathy, transparency, and a good sense of humor.
