• Own the Core Platform strategy & roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Platform product experience: 5+ years in Product; 2-3 years on platform/backend/API
• Technical depth: comfortable with distributed systems and non-functional requirements
• Complex delivery track record: cross-team initiatives with migration/breaking changes
• Prioritization under ambiguity: explicit trade-offs linking debt to outcomes
• Ownership & autonomy: drive outcomes without direction
• Exceptional communication: explain complex topics to technical & non-technical audiences
