Senior Product Manager (Creatives)

📋 Description

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for a portfolio spanning video and CTV
• Lead 0→1 initiatives from initial discovery through launch and adoption, researching and validating
• Translate complex, cross-functional problems into clear product vision, requirements, and
• Partner closely with Data Science and Engineering to determine how AI, machine learning, and
• Define product success metrics and KPIs, monitor performance, and use data to determine which
• Collaborate with Creative Studio to ensure product capabilities reflect real-world creative

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager within a technology company, with a track record of
• Successful experience leading 0→1 initiatives across multiple teams, bringing structure to
• Experience building products in AdTech, MarTech, creative technology, or related platforms
• Strong fluency in AI/ML and generative AI concepts, with the ability to partner effectively with
• Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent level of hands-on technical
• Strong design and creative judgment, combining an understanding of what makes an experience

🎁 Benefits

• United States base salary range of $144,000–$198,000 USD, with final compensation influenced by
• Additional compensation may include annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and other
