🎯 Requirements

Motivation: Passion to change consumer finance.
Analytical skills: data-driven with quantitative decisions.
Experimental mindset: tests and learns fast, autonomous.
Results: shipping simple, user-facing products with impact.
Product experience: 4+ years in consumer finance, payments, underwriting, ML.
Degree: BS/MS in CS or related field, or equivalent.
