• Define and drive product strategy with Credit & Pricing teams.
• Define new products/features with specs and prototypes for financing terms.
• Analyze the impact of features and define metrics for success.
• Partner with Credit, Pricing, Commercial, Design, and Engineering to launch.
• Collaborate on international expansion and merchant integrations.
• Remote-first environment; work from within the country; occasional office.

🎯 Requirements

• Motivation to improve consumer finance.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making.
• Experimental mindset; autonomous and fast learner.
• Results-oriented; ship simple, measurable user-facing products.
• 3-4 years in consumer finance, payments, underwriting, and ML models.
• BS/MS in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
