Senior Product Manager - Credit Risk

📋 Description

• Define and manage the credit signals roadmap, identifying opportunities to develop alternative data
• Engage directly with banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and fintech lenders to
• Develop solutions covering the full credit lifecycle, including customer onboarding, underwriting
• Collaborate with data science teams to define high-quality credit signals, evaluate model
• Lead the development and launch of scalable, API-first credit products and decisioning tools.
• Monitor product performance and business impact through key metrics such as approval rates

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience at Product Manager or Senior Product Manager level, with
• Direct consumer-side credit experience at a lender, NBFC, credit-focused fintech, or Buy Now, Pay
• Experience building and scaling credit products in India or international markets.
• Practical experience working with credit signals, including credit bureau data, alternative data
• Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret Gini and Kolmogorov-Smirnov (KS)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior risk leaders
