Senior Product Manager, CRM

📋 Description

• Own the CRM vision and roadmap end-to-end
• Advise and execute a data model evolution strategy
• Sharpen segmentation and lists
• Grow CRM as an acquisition engine
• Make communications drive giving
• Run great product practice

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with B2B SaaS experience
• Think in data models; comfortable with schema, migrations, tradeoffs
• Experience with mass communications tools (email, transactional emails, in-app, SMS)
• Built data-heavy B2B SaaS (CRM, marketing automation)
• You speak data fluently; comfortable with JOINs and CTEs
• You build for non-technical, resource-strapped users
