📋 Description

• Lead the definition and hands-on creation of the NiCE Agentic Engagement Plane (AEP).
• Own AI-enabled CX capabilities across the AEP, shaping AI-driven handoffs.
• Build AI-powered CX solutions and prototypes with security and readiness.
• Highly hands-on product role, turning ideas into tangible product artifacts quickly.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software product management delivering enterprise-grade cloud solutions
• Domain expertise in AI capabilities, competitive landscape, adoption, and production performance
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered, data-driven, or automation-centric products
• Strong technical background with ability to discuss with architects and R&D
• Prototyping skills to translate concepts into product artifacts
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership across global stakeholders
