📋 Description

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for benefits infrastructure
• Drive integrations with benefits carriers and HR systems
• Lead complex initiatives from discovery through launch
• Own end-to-end test planning and go-live readiness
• Establish and improve the process for activating new countries and partners
• Enable Sales and Implementation teams with better benefits-processing workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager owning complex third-party integrations
• Strong provider-agnostic product mindset
• Ability to operate across product strategy and technical delivery
• Proficiency with Cursor and/or Claude Code is required
• Strong systems thinking
• Ability to evaluate product decisions through measurable outcomes
