📋 Description

• Own Maia product roadmap; define problems; guide engineering.
• Set key metrics; build dashboards; use data to improve shipped products.
• Set high AI product quality; run evals; ensure strong UX.
• Deeply understand user journey; identify friction and unmet needs.
• Accelerate output with AI; use AI tools for research, prototyping, analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building, launching and scaling B2B products; AI exposure preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Data Integration, BI or Advanced Analytics; Snowflake or Fivetran a plus.
• Experience across startups and large companies; manage wide scope and complexity.
• Data literate and metrics driven; define success and use dashboards to drive decisions.
• Strategic thinker; map journeys; identify friction; keep the human in focus.
