Senior Product Manager - Dashboard Experience

📋 Description

• Take ownership of underdefined surfaces (Tasks, Home, Notifications) and shape a point of view.
• Lead the redesign of the Mercury home page and define its real estate.
• Design the unified logic behind tasks, lifecycle updates, and in-product alerts.
• Partner with Command, agents, and product teams to drive intent.
• Set direction and a prioritized roadmap balancing user needs with other teams.
• Work with design to shape visual and interaction language of core surfaces.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, preferably on horizontal/platform teams; fintech dashboard bonus.
• Deep design taste; how something looks and feels is part of what it does.
• A track record of turning ambiguity into a clear point of view.
• Fluency working with designers as peers; energized by detail-focused partners.
• End-to-end problem solving across research, design, engineering, GTM, and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate insights for leadership.
