Senior Product Manager (Data APIs)

📋 Description

• Define the product vision and strategy for 9fin's external data distribution: APIs, data shares
• Own the data catalogue decisions: which datasets to expose, in what format, through which channels
• Design the developer experience end-to-end: API design, documentation, developer portal
• Work with analytics engineering and domain teams to define schemas, data models, and transformation
• Use a partner model to validate early: select and work closely with 1-2 clients during development
• Shape the commercial model for API products: packaging, tiering, usage-based pricing, distribution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years building API products, data
• Experience designing APIs for external consumers: opinions on schema design, versioning strategies
• Track record of shipping data products managing the full lifecycle from defining data to expose
• Understanding of data infrastructure concepts: data pipelines, warehouses, ETL/ELT, data modelling
• Comfortable with SQL and Python and capable of interrogating data to validate quality, understand
• Experience working in a solution-selling or partner-led GTM model with POCs, pilots, or
