Senior Product Manager, Data Products

📋 Description

• Shape how Mural's data products evolve from reporting on what happened to guiding what happens next
• Define Mural's shared, cross-product metrics such as activity, collaboration, and adoption, and set
• Act as a thought partner to domain product managers in setting north-star metrics and making
• Own the strategy and roadmap for customer-facing Insights: in-product reporting, dashboards
• Package and launch Mural's customer-facing reporting MCP server, including determining data
• Raise the bar on event instrumentation by setting per-product requirements for granularity and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including shipping at least one analytics or reporting
• Track record of making messy or conflicting data trustworthy: reconciling competing definitions
• Experience building both platform products (internal teams or developers) and end-user-facing data
• Working knowledge of modern data stacks: event pipelines, warehouses and lakehouses, dbt-style
• Proficiency in SQL for self-serve data pulling
• Ability to gain alignment on definitions across teams including PMs, data engineering, analytics
