Senior Product Manager - Demand

📋 Description

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for buyer journeys
• Identify high-impact opportunities across onboarding, browse, recommendations, and retention
• Translate strategy and buyer needs into measurable outcomes
• Lead discovery, prototyping, experimentation, launch and scaling
• Create clarity and momentum across cross-team initiatives
• Use behavioural data and customer research to prioritise opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• You have five+ years of product management in consumer ecommerce or high-scale digital
• Owned end-to-end customer journeys or broad product areas
• Strong business leadership with hands-on execution and bias towards action
• Product decisions influence engagement, conversion, retention and revenue
• Highly data-savvy; comfortable with funnels, cohorts, experiments
• Extensive experience designing, running and analysing A/B tests
