Senior Product Manager, Dock Hardware Platform

📋 Description

• Engage with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to understand core business problems
• Draw upon direct customer discovery, ride-alongs, and rich analytics to solve the most important
• Continually develop, own, and publish product requirement documents and roadmaps for Skydio’s
• Partner with designers and engineering leaders spanning hardware, firmware, computer vision, AI
• Capture, document, and distill feedback from customers and prospects to steer and influence product
• Collaborate closely with sales and customer success to build and maintain close customer

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience defining and delivering hardware products and associated end-to-end
• A passion and first-instinct for speaking with - and learning from - customers. Our customer’s
• Deep interest in system scaling, reliability, data analysis, and in-the-weeds work.
• Experience shipping robust hardware products in commercial, public safety, or defense markets, or
