Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI/agent features in CRM Suite from ideation to launch.
• Translate agent/LLM mechanics into concrete product designs and specs.
• Partner with engineering to define agent workflows and trade-offs.
• Maintain a forward-looking view of AI capabilities across owned product lines.
• Prepare and present product materials translating AI capabilities into business value.
• Track emerging AI/agent patterns and translate into practical roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, incl. 0-to-1 AI/agent product lead.
• Hands-on agent architecture: LLM reasoning, tool use, memory, orchestration.
• CS degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• Hands-on builder who writes specs/flows and drives features to release.
• Strong design sense; translate AI into intuitive UX.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with engineering.
• Fast learner; adapt to ambiguity across multiple product lines.
