Senior Product Manager (Echo)

📋 Description

• Translate product direction into developer-ready user stories and release plans.
• Collaborate with leadership and Engineering to build scalable Echo capabilities.
• Lead discovery and deliver features that create measurable customer value.
• Shape Echo flows: intent declaration, settlement, reconciliation and payouts.
• Define tooling and workflows for operations at scale.
• Support complex platform models: hybrid payments, 1P/3P and multi-PSP setups.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years fintech/API product experience.
• Deep payments knowledge: acquiring, settlement, reconciliation.
• Experience with complex acquiring environments and multi-PSP setups.
• Technical PO mindset; comfortable in architecture, design and ops.
• Marketplace/platform product sense; moving funds across multiple parties.
• Scrum/Agile fluency; data-native with SQL and Looker preferred.
