Senior Product Manager (ELM Practice Management)

📋 Description

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for ELM Practice Management.
• Own BRDs and Jira tickets, translating needs into specs.
• Partner with Engineering/UX to drive development cycles.
• Build client relationships to understand pain points and needs.
• Execute core PM initiatives: LSRs, RFP tools, vendor co-counsel, matter management.
• Collaborate across Sales, CS, Marketing to align GTM strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years as Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience in legal tech, ELM, or corporate legal depts is a plus.
• Growth mindset; self-starter; thrives in ambiguity.
• Strong client-facing skills; build rapport with enterprise clients.
• Tools: Jira, Claude, and Claude Code; strong tooling proficiency.
• Executive-level communication; storytelling and influencing C-suite.
• Attention to detail; analytical; watertight requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
