📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for promotions and engagement, including new
• Determine where machine learning can improve promotion selection, targeting, and timing to create
• Launch and rapidly iterate on ML-driven promotions, using experimentation and measurable outcomes
• Build engagement experiences that provide members with useful financial guidance and recurring
• Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Growth, and Operations to align
• Develop and maintain experimentation frameworks and supporting infrastructure that enable fast

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience owning engagement, retention, or loyalty programs in a
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders, including C-suite stakeholders, to propose
• Strong analytical skills and an investigative mindset, with the ability to identify meaningful
• Strong understanding of how activation, engagement, and retention connect across a broader product
• Practical experience applying AI to product work, such as idea generation, data analysis, workflow
• Technical curiosity and fluency, with a Bachelor's degree in a technical field considered a plus.
