Senior Product Manager, Engagement & Promotions

📋 Description

• Own Dave's promotions and engagement roadmap end to end — new promotion types, app home screen
• Decide where machine learning drives selection and timing for offers
• Get ML-driven promotions live, then extend into durable engagement surfaces
• Act as the connective tissue across Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Operations
• Build and maintain experimentation frameworks and infrastructure
• Track applied ML and AI evolution and translate into product decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience owning engagement, retention, or loyalty programs in a
• Experience working with senior leaders, including C-suite, to propose, refine, and ship new
• Strong analytical and judgment skills, able to derive insights from complex data
• Fluency in applying AI to real product work, including data analysis and workflow automation
• Technical curiosity and fluency; a Bachelor's degree in a technical field is a plus
• Experience building recommendation engines or ML-driven promotion services (bonus)
