Senior Product Manager, Engineering Acceleration

📋 Description

• Define and drive long-term vision and strategy for Testing, CD, and Observability.
• Own and improve productivity and satisfaction of Roblox engineers across these domains.
• Leverage AI to create tools that empower engineers.
• Elevate internal platform to a world-class developer experience.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Security, and Reliability leaders to align priorities.
• Unify and modernize tooling to support diverse workloads and adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management, incl. 5+ yrs delivering infra/tools.
• Deep familiarity with testing, observability, and CI/CD; shaping next-gen tooling.
• Expertise in AI developer tools and their limitations.
• Proven ability to define multi-year product strategy and rally cross-functional teams.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, driving initiatives from concept through launch.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
