Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Data Governance

📋 Description

• Define and execute strategy/roadmap for Enterprise Data Governance and AI adoption.
• Own strategy for customer data lifecycle: retention, migration, auditing, export, deletion.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Eng, Design, Security, Legal, Compliance, Support, GTM.
• Build governance foundation for human and AI agents: policy controls, auditability.
• Drive investments to improve governance infra reliability, operability, scalability.
• Partner with Security and Compliance to address regulations and translate to platform capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Curious about AI tools; eager to learn and apply them.
• 6+ years PM; expertise in identity/authentication, security, or regulatory compliance.
• Model complex data relationships; manage integrations; translate tech into UX.
• Own multi-team strategy; evaluate investments; anticipate shifts and security threats.
• Build alignment; navigate disagreements; lead exec reviews.
• Orchestrate delivery across teams; sequence platform initiatives; prioritize MVPs.
