Senior Product Manager - EPM

📋 Description

• Own and articulate the multi-year product vision and strategy for Delinea PAM solutions (EPM focus).
• Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap and backlog; make trade-offs with agile teams.
• Engage customers, partners, analysts, and stakeholders to validate product direction.
• Partner with Engineering, QA, and Support for high-quality releases and timely delivery.
• Shape go-to-market strategy with Product Marketing (positioning, messaging, packaging, pricing).
• Enable internal teams with context and training for launches and success.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• 6+ years in product management in Agile/Scrum; end-to-end ownership of enterprise products.
• 5+ years in software/SaaS/cloud security with exposure to endpoint security or privilege management.
• Deep cloud and endpoint OS knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP; Windows/macOS/Linux).
• Proven track record taking enterprise products to GA and revenue growth.
• Certifications such as Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner are advantageous.
