📋 Description

• Own the field AI strategy and roadmap from concept to rollout.
• Translate AI capabilities into reliable field products on site.

• Travel monthly to Texas to train Superintendents and DCOs.
• Drive cross-functional progress across Operations, Construction and Engineering.
• Define product with rigor: requirements, evaluation & quality frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management of complex, technical products.
• Proven track record shipping applied AI products (CV, multimodal, LLM/agents).
• Experience applying tech in physical/unstructured environments.
• Strong technical fluency; work with engineers and ML teams.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and drives cross-functional outcomes.
• Exceptional communication between field needs, tech teams, and leadership.
